To return an item, please send it back within 7 business days for full refund, less shipping costs. 

(Shipping costs are NOT refundable.) 

In the rare event that items are broken in the mail, you are entitled to a refund or a new shipment to replace the broken jars. 

However, you must promptly return the empty boxes to us before we can issue you a refund or send a new shipment. 

Please note, it takes 5-10 business day for the jars to be prepared and shipped out. Rush shipping is available, 

however please be sure to place an order well ahead of your event.
